Allison Tucker, LCSW, LCAS
Allison is a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed clinical addictions specialist.  Allison graduated from UNCC with a MSW and has over 20 years of experience treating adolescents and adults with substance abuse / mental health issues.  She provides individual, family, marital and couples therapy.  Allison meets the client where they are and uses an eclectic approach that is very caring and supportive.
Russell, Snipes, LCSW
My name is Russell Snipes.  I have worked in mental health since 2005 and as a therapist since 2010.  My experience includes work with individuals and families from childhood to older adults with mental health issues.  A particular area of focus in my career has been treating individuals with dual substance use and mental health difficulties.  I do not work from a rigid treatment model and believe strongly in the therapeutic relationship as the foundation from which change begins.
Tamara Haynes, LPC, LCASA

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist-Associate for the state of North Carolina.  With over 15 years of professional work experience, I have a diverse background which consists of both professional counseling and various facets of organizational development.  My credentials include a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology, a B.A. in Human and Community Services, and an M.A. in Professional Counseling.  I am also a Certified Employee Assistance Clinical Specialist.  In addition to traditional counseling, I am also trained in pastoral counseling.

I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist whose therapeutic approach is eclectic in nature.  I provide support and practical feedback that is unique and person-centered to effectively address client personal, familial and professional life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach that is tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with individuals to help them build on their inherent strengths to assist them with attaining personal growth and development to overcome the obstacles that are presenting as barriers to their desired state of wellness.

I have provided therapy in numerous settings including community-based counseling agencies, long-term care facilities, correctional institutions, and private practice.  Populations served include children, adolescents, and adults.
